EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICIES

SORETEX DE COLOMBIA, as its main policy, offers garments with creative and innovative designs, with the highest quality standards and at the most competitive price. Dear customer, please take the following recommendations into account before making an exchange or requesting a warranty.

All exchanges must be made within a maximum of 10 days from the confirmation of product delivery, in perfect condition and with their original tags.
Shipping costs for manufacturing defects related to exchanges will be covered by the company.
Promotional or special price items will not be exchanged unless proven quality issues exist.
All our products come with a 30-day warranty for proven manufacturing defects. Defects or damages resulting from improper use or mishandling of the product will not be covered. This includes damages caused by improper washing or wear and tear (damaged seams, tears, improper washing).

Delivery Time
The delivery time for Miami and surrounding areas is a maximum of 5 business days. For the rest of the country, we will deliver your order within a maximum of 6 business days. The delivery time will start counting from the confirmation of your payment.
